Services
Color and workflow support for print production.
Choose the part of your process that needs attention. Engagements can start with a single issue and expand as the evidence warrants.
Service 01
Color management & ICC profiling
Brand colors shift across devices, a new substrate has no reliable preset, or your team needs a profile library it can deploy and maintain.
What we can work on
- Review print modes, ink limits, calibration and measurement conditions.
- Characterize the agreed printer, ink, media and print-mode combinations.
- Check representative targets and production files against agreed criteria.
Typical handoff. Depending on scope, custom ICC profiles and RIP presets, a profile naming and versioning convention, and a procedure for checking when a setup needs attention.
Service 02
Workflow optimization & automation
Repeat jobs require manual setup, output depends on who’s on shift, or jobs reach production with ambiguous specs or missing approvals.
What we can work on
- Trace job intake, prepress, proofing, RIP setup and release to production.
- Standardize job specifications, routing rules, presets and quality checks.
- Test automation on a representative job family, including exceptions that need operator review.
Typical handoff. A current-state workflow map, prioritized fixes, and documented settings or automation for the agreed pilot.
Service 03
Industrial textiles & dye sublimation
A reorder changes shade, two lines produce different results, or a fabric change forces operators to rebuild settings by trial and error.
What we can work on
- Compare relevant fabric and paper lots, printer settings, and press or calender conditions.
- Design controlled tests around time, temperature, pressure, and measurement orientation where relevant.
- Establish a repeatable check on the finished textile under agreed viewing and measurement conditions.
Typical handoff. A documented baseline, a test and measurement plan, and recommended settings or operating limits for the production combinations evaluated.
Service 04
Site assessments & operator training
A new system is coming online, work instructions are tribal knowledge, or production leaders need to decide which process issue to tackle first.
What we can work on
- Review operators’ day-to-day routines, equipment, materials and quality checks.
- Teach calibration, verification and troubleshooting using your jobs and equipment.
- Define who owns routine checks and how operators escalate a result outside the agreed limits.
Typical handoff. An assessment summary and prioritized action list, with operator checklists, work instructions or hands-on training as scoped.
